We rented with Elite and they were very friendly and helpful. When we had any issues they would let the landlord know and get someone to come out to check. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5, is probably more to do with the landlord, but as we didn't have any contact with them directly, I can't say for sure; there was never a carbon monoxide alarm fitted, even though it was flagged multiple times and some of the issues we mentioned were never dealt with even after they sent someone over to check them.Overall a good experience as a tenant.

Terrible agency, took them about 3 weeks to respond to my application, to which I obviously had to look elsewhere. Extremely rude on the phone as if they were being forced to pick up. Would not recommend dealing with them

I initially planned to stay at a property I rented through Elite for 6 months, and when I needed to stay for longer they were extremely accommodating. When I had an issue with my oven, maintenance were dispatched quickly and it was fixed with no hassle. Everyone at the agency I interacted with was polite and helpful especially during the moving out process, when I accidentally left items at the property and needed to collect them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for property in the area.
