A great gym with great facilities and lovely helpful staff always available to help out. One member of the team is always super friendly and remembers me even though she is only part time and works Sundays. Sam I think is her name.

I have made a lot of progress in achieving my fitness goals here. I love the culture of this gym, everyone is really friendly and considerate. Not to mention classes they host throughout the week, the instructors will push you to your limit.

Very good and convenient gym, equipment is always very clean and the staff are very kind and helpful. Over the last 6 months I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to many others.

I joined a six week challenge course and must say that even though it was hard work and sometimes my motivation lacked I was helped along the way by the fantastic staff at the gym.I must say that I'm 72 next week and never had the slightest interest in physical exercise thoughout my life but surprisingly after my course I've joined up for another year even though I still have to push myself to go, but after a training session I feel tired and happy that I have done it.So on reflection I'm very happy I took up the challenge and I find the encouragement I get from the staff brilliant.

This is a great gym! convenient location, facilities are always clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful when it comes to advice. You'll definitely find quieter times too so 10/10 recommend.
