Went to get my second jab on 18/03/2022. Was welcomed by a lovely lady who took the time to make sure I was okay and really reassured me. The gentleman doing the vaccinations was the same, very nice and the whole experience was over very quickly and it was really efficient. Would definitely go back if I need anything else.

Possibly the best pharmacy in Dorset. Speed, efficiency and friendliness and let’s not forget helpfulness and advice available. No one is ‘too busy’ to stop what they’re doing to help a colleague or a customer. I am so glad this is my closest pharmacy and that I eventually changed to here as I was very happy at the Asda pharmacy and to be honest always a scared of change as you never know what you’re going to get elsewhere.But really happy I changed!

They provided emergency medication for my terminally ill daughter. Most of her medications have to be in liquid form due to her swallowing and not many pharmacies have it in stock. Thank god they did and were able to give her the emergency supply she desperately needed that night, thank you to the lovely lady on the phone.

These guys are fantastic! Worth double the stars. Extremely helpful team and very knowledgeable.. opening hours are superb and they also deliver if needed. I totally recommend them.

Unbelievably rude and unprofessional, was practically physically assaulted!I was told on the phone my daughter could just come in at the weekend for her 2nd covid jab without booking, but when got there we were initially refused, until the woman who greets you (I use the term loosely) reluctantly spoke to the person giving the vaccinations, who confirmed this was fine.While waiting for my daughter to get her 2nd covid jab, this same woman told me to move from where I was sat and pointed to somewhere else. I didn’t see where she pointed to so I got up and asked where to go and she actually physically pushed me towards the door with her hand.I’m registered disabled and suffer chronic pain. The lightest touch can be painful at times let alone some vile woman jamming her fingers into my shoulder!There was no need whatsoever to manhandle me, pointing or using her words would have sufficed. I will be making a formal complaint as this is unacceptable and completely inappropriate.Edit: having read some of the other reviews I have a feeling we have all had the misfortune of meeting the same employee. So for anyone thinking of using this pharmacy, be very wary of the short, stubby woman with white/grey hair and a really bad attitude. And to the person who manages the pharmacy, you would be wise to find an alternative employee as she is clearly not suited to this role. Perhaps she would be better suited as a prison guard?!
