My father died of his war injuries when I was very young. When I finally retired I sent off for his Army records from the War. Having waited months for them to come, I was really upset and disappointed when I got a few pages with seemingly no information which told me hardly anything at all.Andy Robson had done some Family Tree work for one of my Family, who were thrilled to bits about the work he had done for them. So Andy suggested that I send the records to him to have a look and make some sense of them. I sent them off not really expecting Andy to be able to come up with much.However, I have been totally blown away by the sheer amount of hugely detailed information Andy was able to find about my father, his war service, the regiments he was in, the training he did , where he had been and what he had done. It is completely astonishing .I feel as if I've had many Chritsmases rolled into one and been given a real window into the life of the father I lost so long ago. I just cannot recommend Andy highly enough , he is absolutely brilliant and has really given me and my children part of our family history that we would never have been able to dig up ourselves. Wow! What can I say except I'm blown away by the amount of research that has obviously gone into my family tree!Each part of the family have been charted on a pull out tree and each person has been plotted and details recorded about them. I was especially pleased with the military information provided about my Grandad. Anecdotally, within the family, there was speculation that he served in both World Wars and Andy gave us the evidence that he did.Andy and Deborah couldn't have been more helpful in guiding me through the process and managing my expectations. Even warning me that some individuals had hard lives and I might need a tissue!The album itself is of really high quality and will last long enough to be passed on to future generations of my family.Couldn't be happier and would certainly recommend.

Andy helped me in tracking down the previous owners of my house in order to reunite lost treasures! He is extremely tenancious and does not give up - exactly who you want on your side. Throughout Andy was extremely communicative and friendly and I cannot recomend him enough. Thanks!

Really helpful, Andy appreciated my level of previous research, explained options for attempting to solve the mystery and the probability of outcome.
