It was amazing to use a service for once that was customer focused with genuine interest in issues, rather than financially motivated- Very refreshing to encounter. John could have charged me a lot more than he did. His knowledge of my mower well exceeded my knowledge. He gave me fantastic advise. Will be going to John when ready to upgrade in the future. highly recommend his services.
