Rob's the friendliest and nicest bloke who's always happy to see our poodle (Ford), even when he's decided he's going to be difficult today. Ford gets more excited when he sees Rob out the window than anyone else and comes back super happy and only sometimes muddy.Would recommend to anyone that feels like their dog needs (or wants) a little more outdoor time.

Rob and Tina have been brilliant with our cautious Pup. They were so kind and patient to begin with and she now loves going on her lunchtime walks with them. They look after her so well. They are extremely reliable and I love getting a report about how she has been that day. I highly recommend BobbyTs Petcare to anyone looking for reliable, friendly and caring pet care.

Myself and my wife definitely recommend bobbyTs pet care! Our lively, bubbly 3 year old Labrador adore them and when they take him out for walks we are both so reassured that he is looked after well and most important has so much fun!It only took a few days for our dog to get used to rob and T and since then on he gets so excited when he sees them.BobbyTs pet care are so reliable, caring and they will never let us down even if at short notice!We are so relieved that we have rob and T to take our dog for walks, it really does make things easier for myself and my wife as we both work full time.Prices are really reasonable too!

We have not had a holiday away together from our two dogs since we first got them 6 years ago so we were really unsure about contacting a dog walker. As my elderly mother couldn't walk the dogs we had no choice if we wanted our 4 day break in devon. I do have to say our experience of dealing with Robert and Tina was absolutely brilliant. Robert was so helpful he went out of his way to organise a meet and greet to put our minds at rest as our dogs took to them right away. My mum tells me that that they were absolutely brilliant with the dogs who were always excited to see them. Even a few of our neighbours have gone out of their way to comment how pleasant and caring towards our dogs they were. After such a positive experience we wouldn't hesitate to contact Robert again. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely first class service. Loved having the daily updates and pictures. Both of my cats took to them, one took about a week but they never gave up trying to entice him in. Would definitely use again. Brilliant.

We highly recommend BobbyTs Pet Care service - absolutely spot on! This was the first time that we have used a pet care service to look after our dog, Rob was fantastic at the meet and greet, really making an effort to make sure that the introduction was a positive experience for Polly in preparation for the scheduled visits. We received a full report after each visit confirming what had happened, and lots of lovely photos which was so reassuring as she was obviously happy and at ease. BobbyTs really went the extra mile, we will definitely be using them again - happy dog, happy customers!

Just returned from a 2 week holiday abroad and used Bobby Ts pet care for our two cats. Rob was very helpful on the meet and greet visit and made effort to get to know our cats .He kept us up to date every day with photos etc. he did a fantastic job with their care in every way and they were healthy and happy on our return. We can highly recommend Bobby Ts pet care and will certainly use their services in the future.
