Absolutely 5* service from Endeavour on our second shower installation from them. From initial contact to completion the service has been outstanding from Oliver, Stacy and Keith. Highly recommend and you won't be disappointed with their work, work ethic and customer service that goes above and beyond.

I am utterly blown away with the service I recieved. A very special thanks to Oliver, he was very kind, respectful and understanding of our situation. He was very punctual and a true pleasure to have work done by. He was on our door step as soon as we had any questions or queries. He ensured we were always happy as that is very obviously their number 1 priority. Also thank you to David, who fit our boiler, great man all round. Highly recommend this company. Had an extremely leaking boiler, Oliver came out first thing to take a look and was back that evening replacing it. Very professional in person and over the phone. Showed and talked me through what was wrong and advised the best action to take, explaining each one fully. Would definitely recommend to others.

Oliver was with me very quickly when I explained I had water leaking from my boiler in attic and I was having to babysit it to empty the fast filling receptacle.Within minutes of his arrival the water was turned off and replacement parts fitted and the boiler turned back on and working. Extremely polite, knowledgeable and friendly, and I would highly recommend him and this company. Thank you so much.

Oliver responded very quickly to our request for a quote and provided it by email less than an hour later. Oliver was very personable and gave us very good advice and explained his reasons. We agreed to the quote and work started just a few days later. The team were Darren and Joe and they worked very quickly but with care and attention to detail. The team answered all our questions and kept us informed of progress. One radiator didn’t look good due to its size so Oliver arranged for another which arrived the next day. Nothing seemed to be a problem for him as long as we were happy. There was a compromise with the positioning of flue but we were consulted first and our agreement sought. Communication was in fact excellent. The work was completed in three days to a very good standard and the working of the boiler was fully explained. We would definitely recommend Endeavour and will have them back if we have any further plumbing or heating needs. Oh and next years service is in the diary.

We used Endeavour Plumbing & Heating to fit a brand new bathroom. It was a relaxing process. We told Oliver what we wanted and he got all the materials needed including the appliances based on what we chose. His team then came out to rip the old bathroom out and replace the new one. It took a couple of weeks to do but Clayton and Artor worked most of the day around their other jobs 5 days a week to get the bathroom replaced. Clayton even on the days he was on his own still did long hours to get it all done. His attention to detail was brilliant and the bathroom is finished to a fantastic standard. They were even a hit with my 3 year old taking the time to chat to him whenever they saw him which he loved. Thank you

What amazing work they have done cannot recommend enough from the initial survey to the guys doing the work, Oliver and Stacey for the promot responses and quotations they are truly professional if your looking to have work done in your bathroom definitely use these guys. I moved into my new property and realised that the boiler wasn't working. Called Endeavour Plumbing and Heating on the morning of Monday 5th Dec. By Monday afternoon they had come out to look at the job, and once tested realised I needed a new boiler. By Tue 6th Dec my new boiler was installed, checked and in use.These guys are worth every penny! They worked fabulously as a team - from booking the job to fixing the problem - to ensure everything was up and running in next to no time. If I could give them more stars I would.I will be using their services in the futuer, and recommend their workmanship, efficiency, professionalism, time-keeping, great communication and exceptional service to others.

I cant thank Oliver and Clayton enough. I was left with no heating or hot water on Wednesday, i called the office and spoke to Stacy, she got in touch with Oliver and he came out within 2 hours to look at my boiler, it was diagnosed the boiler had given up and a new one was needed. Clayton arrived early on the Saturday morning to fit a new boiler and stayed late into the evening to ensure it was fitted and I had hot water and heating. Oliver kept coming throughout the day to help and check everything was going as smoothly as it could. Literally couldn't thank these guys enough! In less than 3 days I was back up and running and warmer than ever!!!
