Useful station. Seemed to be unstaffed when I visited. It has no café either. Has two ticket machines either side, didn't use them though so can't tell you if they were in working order when I visited. Pretty clean apart from the odd meal deal wrapper.No lift. But I think you might be able to crossover via a pedestrian path over the bridge. I didn't check though.

Droitwich Spa is compact but punches above its weight. A lovely heritage trail (1.5 miles) takes you around the various points of interest including the Lido, canal and high street. A good number of independent shops on the High St are very worthy of venturing in to as is the small Heritage Museum where you can pick up the free trail leaflet

Good station, seating area, very quite. However if you need the toilet you have to ask the person at the ticketing booth for the key to open them.
