Went into this shop Saturday 20th May, both surprised at how much stock they have and how busy it was. I required additional help and despite how busy it was and a rather challenging customer in front of me, the help I received was excellent . Thank you

I was in on Thursday the 12th of October. The two ladies were extremely helpful and patient, they went above and beyond to help sending my package to China when I had a small issue. Thank you very much :).

Visited this branch at 12:30 on Friday 21st July, looking to make some photocopies of a CV.The shop was empty bar one other customer who was being served at the counter.Given that there were two available members of staff standing either side of the advisor serving the other customer, it really stood out that neither of them made any effort to make me feel welcomed as a customer, to say hello, or ask if I’d like some help, despite making eye contact and heading to the counter for help. I understand from my own experience in customer facing jobs that there are times where you’re busy - in this case, the other two shop assistants were simply standing there, and made no effort to say hi or ask if I needed help.A terrible atmosphere - unwelcoming, unfriendly, and uninterested.When I asked about a particular service, the advisor was to the point, reciprocated none of the friendliness and humour I was attempting to break the very weird tension with.I’ll stick with locally owned business in future where they care about your custom, and would point anyone in the area to try the Copy and Print Shop, located off Bank street. The ten minute walk from here is more than worth it for a service which is 100 times less frosty and unfriendly than in here.The negative reviews posted by others suggest this isn’t a one off experience for people.

Rating on behalf of my parents. They went into the shop on Wednesday the 18th of October and a lovely girl helped them find exactly what they were after. Staff very very helpful and accommodating - can’t praise highly enough for their help!

Popped in today , greeted by 3 lovely blondes ! Couldn’t be more helpful!and Clyde my wee schnauzer had a great time … 3 biscuits.. he’ll be back ! Thank you ladies !
