Karl of Oxford Tele.com responded immediately to our call out and arrived on time and well prepared. He replaced a master socket and did some detective work to identify the source of the fault, which he remedied on the spot. We are fully satisfied and consider his visit very good value for money.

We had issues with our internet and telephone line, which were sorted out quickly. They helped with re-siting the router and phone sockets to improve our internet speed and reception. We were impressed with with the engineer Karl, who was flexible in helping to sort out the problem and the price was good too. Would definitely recommend.
