Popped into j&s and ghost bikes today looking for some kit to get my child out on the bike with myself. I ended up getting everything I needed from j&s as I found the staff were much more knowledgeable and provided a better level of customer service.Thank to the staff and I'm sure I'll be back in the future.

Great Customer Service. I've visited J&S (Manchester & Preston) a number of times and have been really impressed by their excellent customer service. The staff manage to strike the perfect balance between being helpful and on hand, whilst not being annoying and pushy. I can't think of another shop (any product) that do it so well. If you're looking for a hassle-free shopping experience, I can highly recommend.

Online ordering is fine. Travelled a few miles to go here and got no help at all. Wanted oil, chain lube, chain cleaning brush and a couple of other bits. Only had 2 litres of oil and someone checked in the back and had no more. I needed 4 litres. A couple came in together looking at clothing and both staff went to help them and I was stood there waiting and just got ignored. I just walked out with nothing, went to yamaha at Wigan and got everything I needed at just under £100. Won't be going to the shop again but will use online if needed.

Absolutely fantastic service from Craig and the team today. Brought my fairly shy cousin in to get some bits for her first bike. Craig was great in finding out what was needed in a budget that suited, and was more than happy to spend plenty of time with us to ensure everything was right.Really felt like a valued customer, thank you.
