Terrible service! Such rude staff with no manners or customer service skills. I arrived for my meni pedi which they rushed through in less than 20mins. Barely touched my cuticles and then ended up charging me 57£ price of a full when it was barely a shape and polish. When I raised it with the lady at the pill, she became very aggressive. Def not coming back here. Very disappointed

This salon has a very unfriendly vibe. Staff don’t speak and hardly make any eye contact with customers, they also look miserable in their faces, as well as constantly talk in Vietnamese with each other in front of customers and sometimes switch to English during which you can hear them gossip about customers. It’s so unprofessional and all wrong!

The staffs there were very nice they even offer me drinks. I showed them a picture of a design that I wanted and the results was good, it was what I wanted.

Please avoid, they try to charge you more in the shop once you’ve finished your treatment than what they claim on your website when you book.

Such a great manicure! So sweet and polite, and my nails looked amazing. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they got it perfect! Amazing attention to detail and customer service.

Extremely bad customer service. There is no staff to welcome you and they keep you waiting without speaking to you. Every time i book an appointment at this place, i arrive and no one is available! It’s like they never took the appointment. Very disappointing i don’t recommend at all

Nails were done poorly, my nails are all different shapes and sizes. Charged me £60 for a short mail set, when on their website it was £50. Other places only charged me £35 maximum for one colour, short acrylic nail set. Very disappointed and should’ve complained. Didn’t get my money’s worth.

Horrible service but I'm not going to let it ruin my weekend because of that I didn't know your place had this vile apparently several complaints have been coming that's why it's very important for us to Google it before because I see here that it doesn't it's the first time it's happened they're too rude they don't know how to talk to us they think they're doing a favor when in fact they're providing a service I didn't pay cheaply I paid 110 pounds to make my nail look awful it turned out uglier than I already was It's very sad when it happens! feeling that you threw your money away in the trash and wasted time! Note 0 :(
