Never a problem always polite and helpful

My chemist Hucclecote yet again did not have/did not know when they would have my diabetic injection. My nurse increased dose yesterday. They did not know when it would be in I rang around found it at MatsonWho by the way said they would cover me in future too. Such a relief a chemist that may work as it should.

Came here for beta blockers after calling and they told me come here we will sort it for youand then they basically left me to die in the street ! I was mid panick attack and they did nothing at all to helpJust left me in the shop distressed and went back to chatting amongst themselvesAbsolutely disgustingI called on an urgent request they said come now we can sort itI got there they say they don’t have my new addressYet I collected prescription from there for past year that I have to confirm address before they give me the medicineThey do it with my sons melatonin alsoI ring they say we have itI come there they say they haven’t got itThey are absolutely uselessDo not use this pharmacy they don’t care about people and they will chat behind the counter ABOUT YOU whilst you just stand there in tears begging for helpWorse place I have ever been to
