My advice for everyone do not go with three network because you don't get signal anywhere in Canterbury and they have told me me truly it won't be fixed,I have been with three for so many years, as the moment three network is one of the worst network in Canterbury you don't get a signal anywhere, they are absolutely terrible and all they do give you 7 days to solve the problem out and they never will,The customer service inside the store in Canterbury are nice but over the phone absolutely terrible one of the worst customer service you could come across they will never solve any of your problem out. They will never listen to you you and the are are very very rude basically they just tell you we don't care whatever you think about us we don't care what you are

I experienced a problem with roaming whilst abroad, which the online chat staff were unable to correct.On my return to the UK, I reported the problem to the Three Store in Canterbury, and the Assistant Manager was extremely helpful and with her help and assistance, problem has been solved.All the staff at the Three Store have been helpful, courteous and friendly and I would thoroughly recommend them as an example of how customer service should be applied.The Assistant Manager, Amnaa, requires special notice, for without her help and total understand of my problem, together with her ability to listen and act on my behalf, merits special mention.To all the staff in Canterbury and especially Amnaa, thank you for your help.

Very helpful staff. I joined 3 about 18years ago in Canterbury and I have had excellent service from this branch in Canterbury, not quite so good at the Head office though passed from pillar to post. Store so much better and you get things done.

Appalling customer service, a month and a half ago I re-contracted for two phones and ever since then I've had nothing but problems. The contracts were not processed and after calling and visiting multiple times the accounts were both messed up. My bill should have been £30, but I was charged £148 last month. Gave up with Canterbury and tried Folkestone to find they are just as incompetent. Have rung Three complaints departments, so many times I've lost count. Also filled with multiple undertrained staff who cut me off, and sent me back to the beginning of the process. Now waiting to find out if they will consider paying me back the funds that shouldn't have been taken in the first place, they should get back to me in a week!I've been with Three for twenty years, soon as my contracts finish I am leaving. Advice to everyone, avoid this branch and this mobile provider.

Vanessa is absolutely amazing. She was so helpful in choosing the right contract and phone to suit me. She was attentive, bubbly and extremely thorough and friendly. I would recommend her to anyone who has any issues, questions or wants to upgrade :)

I bought 5G broadband unit on 20 March 2022 and as there was 0 upload speed, I returned it in the shop on 23 March 2022 (under 14 days return policy). I was told not to cancel my direct debit as I would be billed for those 3 days. However, I was billed 39.59 pounds on April 13th and there is an upcoming bill of 34 pounds on May 16. I have visited the shop three times so far. Every time, there is a new employee and I have to explain my ordeal again, and they promise to sort this issue. But still there is no relief from this. I don't want to cancel the direct debit as the company may raise issues and my credit score can get affected.The store manager Justin is a nice man. Justin, I request you kindly to please ensure my case is addressed, and I get my refund. It is very disheartening to see hard-earned money getting deducted every month for no reason. I request the 3 company to address my issue as soon as possible. I did not want to write this review. But since my problem seems to be persistent even after multiple visits to the shop, I am resorting to this. The customer care over phone and web chat is not helpful at all.Please solve my problem.Thank you.New update,I spoke to through the online chat. I was told that the unit has not been returned by the team in shop. I request the shop mananger to please process my return as soon as possible and facilitate my cancellation and refund.

Probably going to get a contract due to the amazing service and great deal that we discovered. But not only that, when I asked Lydia for advice on peripheral equipment she was amazing at finding what was best for me, not what was an upsell.Great staff, great service, great products.

I went to Three shop in Canterbury this morning 14 July 2023 for help with adding the new simcard as I tried to move from EE to Three. I also needed to query the fact that over the telephone 2 days ago, Three sold me a 2 year-contract whereas I repeatedly told them that I only wanted a Pay as you go Pack. The gentlemen in the shop told me that they could not make that type of enquiry from their shop and seemed very keen to get rid of me. I have therefore decided not to go ahead with the Three network and stay with EE. Very disappointed indeed!
