Mark was proffessional and a clean and tidy worker. Looked at various loft ladders in the main DIY stores and not impressed. Tried on line and found Marks site with some good reviews so invited him to quote for our job. First impressions were really good, a genuine, decent and honest man who knew what he was doing. Mark finished our work yesterday and we are delighted with the end product. Excellent loft ladder and the partial boarding of the loft and shelving are first class. My wife and I would highly recommend Elite Loft Ladders you will not be disappointed.
