Laura Neish Yoga

Have attended a couple of Mum and Baby classes with Laura. Both my baby and I really enjoy the classes. Laura is just lovely - so welcoming, supportive and knowledgeable.

I attended an antenatal yoga class run by Laura throughout my pregnancy and I am currently attending baby and me classes with my 4 month old. Laura is amazing at what she does and is so kind, explains everything so well and has so much knowledge and advice to give. She is always smiley and makes everyone feel welcome. We love our Tuesday mornings at baby and me yoga! I also believe that the antenatal yoga classes helped prepare me for my labour and helped me to recover quickly following labour. Highly recommend:)
