Just thought I'd say my daughter ordered flowers from here to be delivered 3rd May and shop tried numerous times without an answer and text her to let her know but did deliver next day at no extra charge and they were beautiful. First class service and I will be using them myself in the future.

Ordered funeral flowers Sunderland top and a name separate. They owner said to me she will make us proud with her flowers and omg they were amazing best t-shirt i have seen and i went to nearly every florets in Newcastle. Well worth it and really good customer service definitely recommend them. Thank you very much

My partner ordered me flowers for the 12th they come and were a beautiful arrangement however some of the petals on the roses and other flowers were starting to die thought it could be the heat off van but no, 4 days in and they were shocking!! especially for the price he paid now today they are going in the bin absolutely terrible, never even had a bunch from Morrisons to last me 4 days very Disappointed. They were in kitchen on window sill with both windows open n feed in still didnt matter.

Absokutely appalling service. Woukd never recommend anyone to use this florist.In response to your below reply I called your shop on Saturday and explained that i needed an urgent order for a large casket spray and funeral flowers. 2 members of staff told me they were too busy to take my order as the next day was Mothers Day - I completely understood. However, I was absolutely assured if I rang Monday you would discuss all the requirements for the casket spray/funeral flowers and ensure they would be ready for delivery the following day - Tuesday - despite my concern regarding the time frame. On the Monday, I rang several times and got no answer. There was no message giving any explanation for the unanswered calls or a call diversion. We found a mobile number and rang at different times - no response. We sent a WhatsApp and you finallly responded stating you had decided not to open the shop that day, Monday, as you had ran out of flowers the previous day. I asked if I could call you and you replied that you were busy and that i should call the shop the following morning. I sent a message, reminding you of our conversation the previous Saturday and stating how disappointed I was and how this had left me in a very difficult situation, considering the nature/urgency of the order. At this point you then responded claiming you were unavailable as you were sorting funeral flowers for another family. I did indeed block you. I now had very little time to find an alternative florist and could see no point in further communicating with you.

I have ordered over the phone a few times for home delivery, the young lady who took my order each time was absolutely delightful, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this business to anyone without hesitation. I will certainly use this shop for any flowers I need for any occasion in future.Thanyou, regards Derek.

Went to this shop twice in two weeks and fully happy with my purchases from them!Popped in on the 12th to buy my partner a bouquet of flowers and was utterly stunned with the selection on offer. The specific bouquet that I bought was well worth it. The flowers on offer were all gleaming with personality, but this one in particular was marvellous (not something my photographing skills dose justice). Sequences on the flowers as well as a little ladybird all add up to a wonderful purchase! All very impressive! And put me in the good books for sure.The wooden bunny rabbit statue was something I bought recently from the shop. It's funny how something just catches your eye! This shop sells more than just flowers and there is likely something for everyone!I cannot make out in review how impressed I am with this shop. It's fair to say that they have gotten themselves a regular customer.Do not go to a retailer for your stuff. Go here. Everyone will win!

Just collected my order for flowers for my Mam's memory for the cemetry, absolutely beautiful!! Just what i asked for and not over charged, more than happy with them. Will definitely use you again, thanku girls, great job xx
