Disappointing poor customer service where they gave an inaccurate rate over the phone and once attended increased the rate unexpectedly. Very unprofessional and seemed what the telephone operators know about service charges perhaps doesn't match the workmen. Also the workmen punctuality was poor and turned up late more than once and clearly had forgot their appointment times to the point we had to ring every time to say we're expecting them for over an hour and still waiting and to ask whether they're attending or not as we're all busy and have other things to do and places to be at. Once eventually turned up, didn't have the right equipment and charged extra without previous info which overall made business with this company below standards and less than expected unfortunately.

I was having issues with my external bell box/alarm going off randomly through the night and early hours! I called them early today and already an alarm engineer has been out and solved the issue - in this insane wind and rain! The young engineer that came was a really sound lad and made it seem effortless (again, despite the wind and rain!). Great service all round, will definitely be using again in the future if required.

Shocking service and alarm randomly keeps going off. Moved away to another alarm company and they want to charge me to remove the system!. Avoid at all costs

I starting using this company 6 years ago. They service the alarm system annually and I know exactly what it will cost and it has always cost exactly what they said. I find them reliable and professional and they always go the extra mile to deliver a brilliant service. I recommend them whole heartedly.

Great company to deal with - done a very good job on my property

Poor service, alarm installed on my new build in 2016 by these and they left the sticker on the system . Contacted for a service and upgrade to the system and totally ignored no feedback what so ever after I mentioned the circumstances. Ignored because it’s a domestic I presume.

I emailed with an enquiry for the fitting of a security light and received a telephone response a short time later the same day. I was quoted a very reasonable price and the light was fitted a couple of days later. I was able to pay over the phone, the invoice emailed to me, and the whole process was effortless and efficient. The staff were very friendly and professional and I would recommend the company to anyone.

Had our security system fitted by them 10 years ago and they did an excellent job! We took out a service package and have it serviced yearly, if there is any thing wrong or we have a fault it is fixed immediately. I have recommended them to family and friends who also have had great service.
