Terrible to deal with when things go wrong.We arranged a next day delivery, but had a message saying there was a delay. Hopeless to try to contact by phone, but even worse when you try an online chat. We sent it on Wednesday morning, it still hasn’t been delivered (Saturday). We think they’ve lost it. Truly dreadful.

Notified delivery 17th waited in all day .Nothing . Sent Code Entry for Door to Flats.in case I was out . Email deliver Today between 2-3 pm . In again all day . Nothing .Email “Could not Deliver”??Took pic of the Flats ?? Thankyou Abdullah 2 days wasted. Useless Company and unreliable . I took in 2 parcels for a neighbour yday and 1 parcel for a neighbour Todsy all different companies and yet didnt get mine .

Extremely variable sometimes on time and this is the second Christmas of parcels going missing, a shame as the deliveries that do arrive the guys are always polite but always in a rush to get to their next destination....too much on the list I guess

I think your driver George struggles to listen and read basic instructions. Messed up a collection and now a delivery today as he can’t be bothered to do his job properly.

Absolute worst company to work for; AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! OR THE COSTS WILL BE YOURS! Worked here 2 years coz moneys good (if u are an ODF) but if you think the ODFs are bad.. the management at the depot are snakes and will rip you for every penny they can - won't help you and will leave you alone the dark when you need help. I resigned nearly 3 weeks ago, my final pay day has just been and they still owe me £4,772 and they aren't planning to pay me a single penny! AVOID DPD ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Repeated claims to be delivering, not showing up, saying they'll come back the next day. Fake photo, not even my street. Terrible.

Got my one hour time slot for the morning, I watched the driver, Jack, pull up outside my house in the van, take a photo of my house and then leave. No attempt to even deliver my parcel, he didn’t even get out the van. After a few phone calls to dpd it was then confirmed to me the driver would deliver the parcel after his route had finished, having me wait indoors all day and missing plans as this parcel needs to be signed for. Still no sign of the parcel and is now being held at the depot as driver did not attempt to deliver this after his route was finished. Not impressed at all.

Kitchen has a kettle but there is no coffee, tea, sugar, no milk in the fridge either(that's poor).Hand sanitizer, machine at the entrance to the kitchen left side, DOESN'T WORK.Toilets are okay but NOT VERY AIRATED.Bathroom/Shower is supplied but no shower gel or soap supplied.The toilet and shower is not ventilated enough therefore the smell can be overwhelming!Shower walls need to be cleaned during cleaning days.

Hopelessly incompetent, unhelpful and generally obstructive making it impossible to discover where our vital parcel had been lost in transit. It has been tracked to Chelmsford but now lost and no one is taking responsibility. Completely dreadful. I will never use them again.

Despite being asked to delay delivery, which they confirmed, dog food was left on drive and promptly eaten by Foxes overnight. Complaint process non existent. Phone calls don’t work. Useless company.
