Here Comes The Plumber

I hate to write this post but unfortunately the way I was treated has forced my hand. I had a simple job to replace my bathroom sink waste traps. This was done, but afterwards a leak developed that previously wasn't there. The new leak was a direct result of the work undertaken. Despite the assurance of a revisit, nothing materialised. After chasing several times leaving voice and WhatsApp messages, I was eventually advised by the owner who undertook the original work to get another plumber to repair the fault that originated with him. So now I have to pay for a second plumber to fix a leak related to work undertaken by this firm as they refuse to make good on a fault of their own making. Bitterly disappointed and an example of poor customer service.

Used here comes the plumber today to replace an electric shower, he was very responsive, honest and installed for a good value.Would highly recommend him and will use him again if I have any other plumbing issues.
