Kew office -Not professional, very unorganised, constantly cancelling incorrect viewings. Failed to call on the day of the viewings to let us know which property to view.There was no call until 15 mins after the agreed time and when we called the women at the Kew office was extremely rude. Foxtons and sellers seem to have got things right, why can't these guys?

Awful. They behave completely unethically, approaching sellers of property that is with another estate agent behind their backs to try and disrupt a sale already agreed. Do not trust them.
