I've recently bought a used Volvo XC60, Ryan was the sales person. From initial contact all the way through to handover, Ryan was friendly, professional, and approachable. James Birkby made me feel at ease straight away, although i had a good idea of the vehicle i wanted to purchase, James offered me all the details of the two vehicles i was interested in looking at offering me a good distance test drive to really get the feel for the car. He detailed the difference between the different specifications allowing me to make the right choice. This has been my best most relaxed car purchase. The coffee machine could do with an overhaul.
