Excellent service Leaders Letting & Estate Agents Hanley. Very quick solution received, I contacted them for some maintenance work in my rented house and they did that within days. I highly recommend to be a customer of leader's.I would like to specially mentioned property Manager Joanne Hagan name here she did marvelous job in very short time and all our maintenance work has been done very quickly. We are very happy with the Leader maintenance Services.

As a new landlord I compared many Letting agents .But I finally decided on Leaders to find a good tenant and fully manage my property after Lydia Monk came to my property, she was professional, pleasant and confident my property would be let quickly.All the staff I have spoken to are so friendly and helpful , Joanne Hagan and especially Natasha Gruic who goes above and beyond .Natasha makes you feel at ease and takes time to answer questions no matter how trivial ,and explains in detail procedures totally new to me . No matter how many times I telephone ,or email nothing is to much trouble for her .Excellent team so far .

Don’t use these. Their property managers are incompetent. They take advantage of younger tenants and try and talk to you like you’re thick. They don’t give any form a straight answer when asked questions, all they do is avoid the actual question being asked. Whenever you call and tell them about s problem certain members of staff think they are better than you and are snobby over the phone! You’ll have an easier life if you look elsewhere for a tenancy.. would not recommend.

Fantastic fast friendly Service Joanne Hagan helped me sort everything out and was very helpful for each step of the way . I recommend their service to anyone looking to rent/ get a property !

I am making this review to commend the amount of work these ladies from Leaders (Hartshill branch) has been doing to deliver a safe home for me and my family. As a first time tenant, I appreciate the amount of time, honesty and patience Rosie was giving us. She actually is very hands on in helping us get through the rigid process. I could not have surpassed it without her. Lydia is very good in what she does as she understands our situation and tries her best to help us out with the team. I must also commend Ms Emma which I found out to be their supervisor or superior, I find her sincere and straightforward when I met her the first time and I appreciate that. Though things get out of hand, I am at peace being with these group of honest people who have the best interest for both tenants and landlords.

Rosie has been absolutely fantastic in helping us to rent our new house! We had a few issues with paperwork and as soon as I let Rosie know about it they sorted it straight away! They were really helpful everytime we phoned or emailed with a query and were always friendly and lovely to talk to.

Fantastic group of people doing an excellent job.I've been renting my 3 bed house out for 17 years and decided I'd had enough of tenants complaining, calling at all hours and chasing rent. With the exception of a few, most of my tenants have been difficult although I've never had terrible experiences.Leaders are agents who specialise in rental properties as opposed to estate agents who do rentals on the side, this makes a difference.Leaders stopped me from spending money on the house that I didn't need to be spend and got me more rental income than I ever imagined I could. I also get my rent monthly through direct debit which is a 1st for me and very welcome change.The tenants that they introduced to me are brilliant. Professional father, clean and respectful family.I would recommend Leaders of Hanley to anyone thinking of renting property through an agent. Like I said, brilliant company, can't say enough good things about them.

My partner and I applied for a let property, selected the zero deposit option and paid the holding deposit. Several minutes later, we got a call back stating that the landlord did not want to let his property under a zero deposit option. I advised that if that's the case, we want the holding deposit back as they and/or the landlord changed the terms of the initial contract we had agreed to. This was agreed by Leaders. Obviously, this property was listed as having the zero deposit option erroneously by Leaders. Over a month went by where the landlord attempted to change the contract to be more suitable to himself, but that is not the option we wanted or selected, even though we were acceptable applicants, with clear and clean references. Thus, we agreed to remove our interest and that the holding deposit would be repaid to ourselves within 5 working days. This was confirmed several times by Leaders. We are now going into week three without our refund. The representative from Leaders advised that the landlord is considering removing his properties from their management, which is understandable given the circumstances of this maelstrom of poor action and miscommunication. I would not recommend Leaders to anyone, and both my partner and I both agree that even if we found a property which ticked all the boxes, if it is managed by Leaders, then that would be the deal breaker.

I am really thankful for the service I have received from leaders.They are really helpful in all the time.I have had an bad experience during winter time with my boiler,I have tried to contact leaders around 15:00, actually it was about to out of hours; however one of the property management team literally visited my house and sorted the problem.I would like to say big thank you to the property management team .When I contacted leaders for any issues,they helped me all the time.Its been 1 year with leaders now,I would say one of the best letting agencies in the uk.Thank you team leaders.Looking forward your better service again and again.All the best.
