Bellvue Student Accommodation Preston

Had trouble receiving commission, although I finally received it. Had to pop in almost everyday in their office for 5 days. Felt really devalued and shameful to ask for £60 daily. Later, I discovered that some other agents had also gone through same situation. I didn't do enough research on this company before getting students for their properties. Please read their tenancy agreement carefully before signing. Could be really rude at times. There are plenty of student accomodations like Tramshed, Warehouse Apartments, Moor Lane Halls that provide much better quality and luxury at almost the same price. They really value agents; offer really good commissions which are credited into your account within 48 hours. The photos on the website of Bellevue Accommodation don't reveal the reality. Houses are really shabby and it's been ages since they were last refurbished. You might have a good time requesting back your deposit. So good luck for it.

I had lived with bellvue for two of my three acedemic years and I can't say it was less than great because they truly supplied me with top class accommodation! Any maintenance issues were sorted quickly and effectively, no undue charges nor issues with rent taking (in fact they're probably the most flexible student landlords when it comes to rent, really working around your individually) and they employ polite and friendly staff, namely the office workers Daniel and Emma.Also, they allow pets!

Overall i was extremely happy with the service i recieved whilst living with Bellvue. When i first moved in i had a few minor issues regarding maintenance in my bedroom and within an hour of me being in my new house Mickey came round and these issues were fixed. Daniel the landlord personally rang me to apologise and sent me and my house mates free Pizza that same night. The staff in the office especially Emma and Daisy are really helpful and i always felt at ease.

I have lived with Bellvue now for over two years and I couldn't wish to live with a better company. The staff are wonderful and friendly and are quick to respond to any questions we have had during our stay with themThe houses are all well kept and clean with any issues are fixed in a timely manner. Reporting maintenance issues is very simple and the maintenance team is incredible. They are always polite and make sure to try and fix any issues within the same day they're reported.I'm actually quite sad to be moving out after graduation, I would highly recommend Bellvue to anybody looking for accommodation!

Bellevue is a cheap and friendly company. All bills are included in the rent and the maintenance team are quick and efficient when there is a problem in the property. Our house had a gacuzi bath with a built in shower which was great. I highly recommend Bellevue, whether you’re a student or working professional

Lived with Bellvue this academic year. Had trouble with the first people I moved in with, luckily there was a room available in another property of their's and was able to move very quickly and easily. Throughout the year maintenance issues were sorted quickly, normally in a couple of days. Staff were nice and helpful whenever I interacted with them and the rooms were all well renovated. Easily one of the best landlords I've lived with.

I have lived with Bellvue in Preston for over two years now and I have already signed again for next year, this is due to the great service, good houses and excellent value for money.The team in the office are all very approachable and are more than happy to answer any questions and if ever we have an issue in the house they are always resolved quickly by the in-house maintenance team.I would highly recommend Bellvue to all students looking for affordable housing that also makes for comfortable living.

I have lived with Bellevue for the current academic year, and in my experience I have had no problems with the house or the Landlord, now the company is a different issue.Granted every house has it's issues, Each problem that we have taken to the Landlord and the maintenance team has been dealt with within a week.The staff have always been pleasant and well mannered when interacting and talking with them, they've also been of great help during some issues that we'd had. Thought please take note, any issues that have not been brought up within the arthur portal" they provide will be disregarded until you move out and will be put as an additional charge.While living with bellevue the issues were quite reasonably dealt with

Before I begin, Shaley was the only helpful member of staff I had contact with while living at bellvue. Very kind and definitely wanted to help.When me and my housemates moved in, we did the inspection and it turns out not everything we pointed out had been photographed. So when it came to discussing charges on us once we left, we were each left with under £100 of our £200 deposits back in our pocket. Bellvue will nitpick at every little thing, so if you do plan on living here make sure you ensure they picture everything. From marks on the floors and walls to ripped sofas.Despite the numerous complaints we'd made over the year, like lights not working from the date of moving in, areas still being dirty from previous tenants, the sofa being already ripped to shreds and the oven being dirty -- not very much of it got fixed quick. And when we did request for it to be fixed, bellvue felt very condescending and rude when responding to our requests.Back to our deposits, when discussing deposits, rather than replying to our requests bellvue simply sent us our cheques without letting us discuss the issue further. Not only this, but their responses were again condescending and somewhat rude, considering how much money they basically scammed out of us.Definitely stick to on-campus accommodation if you can, I can't speak for other student house landlords but this one really ain't it.

The staff at Bellvue are hardworking and dedicated, as fellow/former students they understand what is needed for student accommodations and when applying they will try their best to adjust the schedule to fit your circumstances. When moving in I felt safe and comfortable with great company of awesome friendly people.
