Absolute Cowboy. Moved into new home, Aga being one of the big wow factors. Couldn't wait to cook on it. Tried to cook in it and was taking hours to cook simple dinners. Wife phoned Garry Williams not knowing he has serviced our Aga with the previous owner for few years. Asked him if he could come and look at it or take it out and he was abrupt and rude with my wife, saying, why do you want to take it out" and "I can't help you with your cooking techniques."Week later we keep smelling gas. So call out cadent gas who tell us we have gas leak so cuts off our gas. Then another gas engineer comes to look where gas leak coming from and as we suspect it is from the Aga gas valve. Also glass covering pilot light is broken so should of been never passed on inspection. Also was covered in cobwebs so not sure it was ever looked at.Looked at service records and whose name was on it. No other than Garry Williams. Tried calling him and left message and weeks later no reply. Just shows you what a king of person he is."

We recently moved into our house during the summer and with it came an Aga, but as it was pretty warm we didn’t need the Aga on, and decided we would run it during the colder months.Before turning it on I wanted it properly serviced (there were a few gas ‘issues’ with the previous owner).I’m glad I called Garry, he got back to me after I left a message and managed to fit us into his busy diary as he was in the area.Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Garry serviced the Aga, fixed the ‘bodges’ from the previous owner, explained all the ins and outs, answered all our questions and gave us a great insight how to get the most out of it. A real 5-star service.A month on, our Aga is running like a dream, we absolutely love it and will certainly ask Garry to come back and service it again. Thanks!

Garry Williams is clearly a very hard-working and knowledgeable chap who knows the inner workings of oil-fuelled cookers and how to get them running properly. Remember to book his professional services early as in September, October and November he is hugely in demand . Highly recommended.

Even though we are outside Garry's area of working he returned our phone call and gave us all the advice we needed to correct the fault ourselves to our Stanley. He is a most knowledgeable and helpful man, we wish he covered our area, we would recommend him to anyone.

Our heating system (Rayburn Nouvelle) broke down on 23rd December and we called Garry who came out that afternoon to help us. Our usual engineer couldn't get to us until 10th January but Garry came out of his way to fit us in. He spotted the issue immediately and fixed it and also did a service and left everything clean and tidy. Very reasonably priced too. Lovely friendly guy who also gave us some helpful tips.
