Saturday 3rd December 3:30pm. Me and a few mates decided to call there for some food after training. Stood at the counter and a blonde girl asked if we were sitting in or taking away, I replied ‘sitting in’ and she replied, ‘take a seat’ and walked away. She said it in a passive aggressive way but we still decided to sit down and give it a chance. The seats we went to were dirty and hadn't been cleaned. We waited and she came over and threw the menus down and walked away, not a word was said to us. We all felt that the service wasn’t up to standard for the name of the place so we walked out. Went to McDonald’s and have to say even their service was better! Don’t mean to be petty but I was very disappointed, I have no intention of coming back and definitely wouldn’t recommend the place.

A staple of newry and almost a week to week favourite.Food is almost always really good but lately has been mediocre but has been corrected when I spoke to a staff member, fish prices have been dear at the moment but reflects. Younger Staff sometimes can be juvenile without overseen by the manager as it took over 30min once until I enquired twice.

I ordered a sausage supper. The sausages were put on to cook along with fresh chips but I got nice sausies with kept warm" claggy chips. Quite disappointed since I drove 40 miles for that sausage supper"

Lovely people, fantastic food. Great ice cream. A little unassuming café but the food was fist class along with the service. Loved it.

Nice road stop cafe with simple but effective menu.Worth stopping in if your on your way in or out of Newry but not worth traveling out of your way to.Will stop in again though!

Never seen the likes of it 3 young immature staff behind the counter I was standing there a good 15 minutes with no-one in front of me and wasn't acknowledged once by staff nor asked for my order I had to ask them could I place my order. Those 3 wouldn't work on batteries.I was served by Natasha was extremely unpleasant and clearly had no interest in her job I actually felt I was bothering her by placing my order...young lad making the burgers again didn't seem that interested In what he was doing either. Food very slow coming and it wasn't that busy! Food was shocking my chicken fillet was cremated I'm sorry I didn't read previous reviews before I came. I would NEVER eat her again!!!

Was in genoa in newry 3 weeks ago and had to leave cause the food we received wasn't eatable chips were reheated disappointing
