Ordered some fun fur online which I have been struggling to get hold of and have had several orders cancelled by other sellers. My Yarnery had them in stock and I received them the next day. Great service, many thanks, now I can knit my puppy! x

Lovely haberdashery with wide range of stock. Difficult to find on first visit but a lovely gem. Ordering online is also possible for click and collect so you can check stock levels before visiting

Found the staff to be extremely helpful and very polite. When I requested a courier delivery they were more than happy to help although it wasn't their usual method of despatch. Parcel arrived safely & well packaged - super fast. I highly recommend. Thank you so much.

Wonderful customer service. I was in a rush so I walked in, was immediately attended to, stated what I needed and was out within 5 minutes! Outstanding. I did have time to see that the shop was excellently laid out and had a lovely selection of yarns. I shall make a point of returning soon.

Nice customer service and a decent selection of yarns :) Had to order the needles I needed but they came quickly and I got a call to say when they had arrived. I'm happy and will be returning.

I have used this shop pre covid and during lockdown. The customer service is excellent. The woman who runs it is extremely helpful and has ordered in items not on their website and I was kept informed when there was a problem sourcing an item. My latest order was placed on the website Monday 12th October, received today.
