Natalie goes that extra mile that I’ve never seen before, came to help me look for my cat gave me some amazing tips that I believed helped in the process of getting him back safe.Please anyone if you have lost a pet you love dearly I highly recommend using her servicesSo happy I found her!

Natalie is great, very friendly and the animals she brings to the therapy sessions are amazing, I love attending this group every Friday afternoon, will be gutted if it ends, this is the only group I've ever kept going to without fail, thankyou so much Natalie!!!

Wauw. Natalie a ray of sunshine in darker times.Whilst searching for fabulous Flexa she seemed to have a sixth sense in knowing when I needed support and encouragment.Very personal and handson help . Natalie is amazing she helped so much when my dog went missing. Gave great advice and help and was always there to just check in and see how I was in the hard times. She's a wonderful person and a great help couldn't ask for anything more.

HOUND RUNNatalie you are fabulous. This lady from Hound Run helped me yesterday to reunite with my loss Chihuahua. I discovered that he was missing after didn’t appear for his evening meal as is the custom come early evening. Off course I made sure before I put out the alarm with my ‘Next door‘ local online network.Well the short of it is Natalie from Hound Run co-ordinate the finding and returning of my ‘fur ‘baby’.:)A BIG THANK YOU TO HOUND RUN

Natalie has been amazing with our 12 year old Shar Pei. Making both him and us feel as comfortable as possible. Natalie is extremely accommodating, flexible and a great communicator. We highly recommend and look forward to taking up her services again.

Our family dog had gone missing and I called Hound Run to see if anyone had brought him in. Even though no one had, Natalie was so helpful. She asked for details of Leo and even contacted via WhatsApp to send Leo pictures so they could put it up for others to see and shared it among other Facebook groups. I can’t thank them enough for the support and help. Wonderful lady and place!

Natalie looked after my Dog for 3 weeks, it was the first time he had been left with anyone. She was very reassuring and updated with pics and video regularly.He returned a happy dog who seemed to have had his own little holiday.

Just rescued a mummy cat with her 5 babies with Natalie's help. She was so great finding the right help and wrote me/ asked me updates while rescue team arrived. Now the little family is in safe hands.

Natalie was amazing, when I was at my lowest point she was so helpful in getting my pet back safely and healthily! While other larger charities were unable to help Nicola was unbelievable and didn't stop. I would urge other people who need help to reach out to her. Thank you so much!!!
