Terrible - rude, rushed, bad quality, appointments never on time. Have used for a number of years and they've gradually got worse. Will not use again.

Myself my mum and sister have been using the sevenoaks nail bar for over 5+ years and have been happy with the services and outcomes. However today 26/11/23 has to be the worst experience ever. I treated my mum to a pedicure which seemed to take half the time as the other 2 clients sitting either side of her and her nails were cut into odd shapes instead of square. I had a full set of acrylics put on by a new chap who was rude and did not give a good finish to the nails. If I am being truly honest he needed to sort his own nails before working on clients. This really has put us all off returning which is a shame as the usual manager and staff are really good.

Always so helpful to me and lovely ladies all of them! I have been coming here for years now and never had a problem.Personally I would recommend to anyone!

On Saturday, I received terrible treatment by one of the staff working here (dark hair with purple and pink streaks). She looked at me when I came over as though I was dirt, and anything I said was met with a judgemental look. When she gave me a colour to choose, I was given a tiiiiiny selection of glitter options - I find it so lazy and rude to not share the variety of colour options, why wouldn’t you share the selection and provide the choice the salon offers? I chose two colours and asked for a design on two of my fingers - I got a judgemental response and was told, repeatedly, “if you don’t like it, I won’t be doing it again for you” - it was so aggressive and rude. You’d think she was doing me a favour for free. I’m not happy with the way she painted my nails, some of them look like I have done it myself as the gel is not applied evenly.I think it’s important to say that the man who owns the shop and the staff I have interacted with up to now have been nice - but this woman was so rude. I don’t think I have experienced that in such a long time. Therefore I won’t be coming back here again.

Worst pedicure ever. Please avoid at all costs and go to another salon in sevenoaks (there are plenty).This is the most revolting, dirtiest salon I have ever come across. I actually changed my clothes when I got home. The pedicure itself was rushed, the lady was rude, no scrub was used, didn’t offer to put the massage chair on, the paint job was shoddy and when I asked her to redo one nail (as it was blotchy), she started complaining about me in Chinese to her colleague. Rushed and abrasive. There are plenty of salons in Sevenoaks and for the same price of £25 please go elsewhere where it is clean the utensils are properly sterilised. Finally, you can only pay in cash. How is that allowed in 2023?! I was told they do not own a card machine…….

The staff was great at my appointment, she took my ideas and made my nails even better. I'm really happy with the result and will definitely return.

It's the top nail salon in Sevenoaks, with high-quality products and creative designs. My natural nails have improved with their regular visits. I totally recommend American Nail.

I have been coming here regularly since moving to Sevenoaks but the customer service is far from acceptable. They seem to think it is ok to abuse clients and they don't seem to care about whether you are happy with the outcome or not. There are a few members of staff who are brilliant but I am not sure that is it worth being spoken to and treated so poorly by the others. What a shame.

The place is dirty. Had nails done and they have left deep grooves in nail when wrong bit size was used to remove cuticle. As for cash only!!!!!! Should be big sign on window. I think hygiene is not the greatest. They are on phones talking whilst doing my service. Not a friendly place to go.Will not be going back and have recommended to others that they don’t go either.

After 15 years of going here even though they didn't always do the best job I wanted to stay loyal. Usually i had to wait even though I had made an appt.The language issues meant at times they seemed rude and used the machines hard which could hurt. A few weeks back i went in and literally the owner started shouting in front of the whole place at me to choose a colour then within 20 secs started saying if you don't choose we wont do. One of the staff was moaning about something to do with me I had no idea what. I was really upset and embarrassed by the whole experience. So will never go back. They are rude and even as far as aggressive. No need for it and quite upsetting especially after all the yrs of custom and tipping generously :(.
