Called and explained the job I need to get done to the store. I said I can share my drawings as well (architects drawings). I was informed by the store, not a problem and was booked an appointment for a surveyor. When the surveyor came, he did call half he before the original time and changed the time to be 1hr later (he’s running late)than when it was booked. After that he comes and has a look and says the products sharps offer, the guarantee won’t be valid in a bathroom setting. Now if the store did inform me this at the start I didn’t have to book an appointment as it doesn’t work. Would have saved everyone a lot of time and effort. Before booking the sales ppl or showroom staff need to listen and provide accurate information to customers so an informed decision about appointments can be made.
