Either your online opening hours needs a big update, or your staff need to follow them. I arrived at the place 2.5hrs before the closing time and was told you were closing. Wasted time and money on getting there.---Update with a photograph.Decided to give your place a second chance, because my partner was adamant that it was worth it.Ordered the brisket. This is what I received. A few sad, dry slices of meat, slapped on a tiny plate, served with... ''salad''?Lazy, sloppy and dry. The only good thing on that plate was the red sauce. We ended up using it to dip fries we ordered from one of your competitors....

Hungrily ordered the smoked meat selection after a 35-minute wait (I asked the Victoria Halls manager and he said the staff should be around at some point but during that time they were nowhere to be seen and there was no signage at the stall). Waited another 10 minutes or so for food once the staff (who seemed like nice enough people) returned. I remained hopeful. In the end, food was ok-ish if smothered in overpowering sauce. The best BBQ lets the meat flavours shine but this was NOT the one, I'm afraid. Chicken wings dry with way too much buffalo sauce. Brisket occasionally tender and juicy but hard to taste over the sweet BBQ sauce. Korean pork belly sadly overcooked and tough - and again over-covered in sweet sauce. Occasional hints of good meaty flavours not enough to save the platter overall. I was practically gasping for the accompanying vegetables after working my way through all the sauce.I will say that for £22, the portion size wasn't bad. Just a shame about the sauce imbalance and some overcooked meats. Wish I could say it was worth the wait but it really wasn't. 2.5*s for effort.

We were at this place while visiting london and ordered a jerk chicken. The chicken was raw inside, pink not fully cooked. We said it nicely to two of the staff. Bit resentful and whatever they did to it the second time eliminated any enjoyment of the meal. Also it was basically grill chicken with no jerk flavour. Real shame, I felt the team there could’ve benefited from some training.

Came here for the beef rib...and they didn't have it. Said they were sold out (but had come early at 5pm). Didn't have the brisket either or the sausages. We got the pork ribs and they were dry and not overly flavourful. Wouldn't recommend going.

I had the steak sandwich. And like another reviewer has said it was, nd the smell was revolting, definitley not something i would want to eat! I don't believe the cook has ever tasted it as he wouldn't have let it go out. And when I complained he just threw the whole plate in the bin in disgust with me. Sorry about that, I did pay for it.

We ordered the Smoke Selection, when I got to the table, i realized that there was no sausages on the plate that should normally be there, instead they put an irrelevant curry chicken. Again, there should have been chili wings, we were given cold wings with barbecue sauce instead. When I went to the cashier and asked about this, they first said that this was the menu, then when I told them that I ate here before and there should be sausage on the menu, they said that I am right, but they ran out of sausage!!!. They should have told me this when I was ordering, I will never eat here again.

The Market Hall down in Victoria is buzzing… and very central, being right beside Victoria Station.Came here for a bite prior to going to go see Hamilton (across the road) having been to their restaurant in the City in the past.Went for the mixed platter as it gave me an opportunity to sample a bit of everything. Everything was delicious (a bit spicy though if you can’t handle your heat) although the pork short rib was a bit tough towards the edges. Always love the Asian spin on Texas BBQ here.Only docking a star for service as it took 25 minutes for food to arrive, which is a bit long for this kind of environment.Lots to eat and drink here though so if you’re in the area, give it a try.

I went here when visiting Market halls in Victoria. I had the beef short ribs and I really hated them! The beef in certain places was bone dry and beyond chewy! In other parts really fatty I think I paid £18 for this and it wasn’t worth it at all! The fries were nice and the kitchen looked really clean. This wasn’t for me I only ate about half of the food. I wouldn’t go again based on how much I spent and the quality of the food.

Great choices, we tried the bbq place and it was the best brisket I have ever tried in London! We will be back…often. The place was very loud but fine for a 30/45 minutes food break.Friendly team :)

Visited on a Saturday evening. The Market Halls venue was busy with a live DJ.As we were only a couple of hours before close a few menu items were unavailable. The friendly team were happy to suggest substitutions or alternatives, hence the large number of chicken wings in the attached photo.Excellent range of meats and all cooked incredibly well. The ribs were especially good. I do think that the platter could have done with an additional side (cornbread, perhaps?) but on the whole I was incredibly happy.
