Fantastic service ...all the staff are attentive and ‘on the ball’ ... I would even go as far as saying“ The best pharmacy around” ... WELL DONE GUYS !!! ...

Have to say , in all the pharmacies I have used across merseyside and west Yorks , this pharmacy is by far the best. All the staff are so helpful , including whilst watching their interaction with other service users and amongst themselves as a team. They have really got a fantastic pharmacy here and it’s a pleasure to wait in a busy queue and watch them them do their stuff and do it well. They treat everyone with respect and I turn you can see the community here really rely on the service they provide, both in pharmacy services and community support

If I could rate this pharmacy 0 stars I would. I have now had my medication messed up 4 times. Once they give me a statin instead of my usual gastro medication. My topiramate was ten short my zapain was ten short and now they haven't given me my quetiapine for my mental health. It's disgusting the way these pharmacy,s operate. They hate giving you the more expensive meds even though we No how it effects our health just because they want to save a bit of money. And there's no one to complain to as it's the manager who makes the mistakes. It's definitely time to change pharmacy. Drs are no better either at maybush. It's a joke. Shame I can't go back to Stanley surgery. Fantastic surgery and pharmacy.

Best Ever.Fast Delivery Service.

I rang and they have my prescription but won't be ready till next day but why is it different from the people who come straight from the doctors. I have to get a lift because of mental health issues and cannot always get there when it suits them I can only get a lift every now and then. Why can't my prescription be made up for me to collect

Rang pharmacy to ask when they opened the next day as I had run out of my medication. Gentleman pharmacist offered to stay open an extra 15 minutes that evening just so I could collect my prescription. Always very helpful.
