size?

I wanted to try on two hoodies and a T-shirt today 28/01/2023 which I was intending to buy. This was £245 worth of clothing. The changing room was “out of order” so I put them back and just left! They just couldn’t be bothered..poor service!

Size online have sent the wrong item 3 times. When I want white trainers I DO NOT want animal print. The last time they assured me the product code had been updated. I got sent a £20 gift voucher which I assured I could spend at Size online, when I couldn't - it was just JD Online (I don't generally like JD' stock). I used to get all my trainers from WellGosh and NEVER had an issue. The first time I called Size customer service the lady couldn't have cared less, the second time I was given incorrect information. Now I have given up and written a review as this is awful customer service. JD clearly don't give a hoot about people who are passionate about their trainers, its not just about the numbers/ units sold. This is a treat for me. This is my thing. I will never order from JD or Size again. I order over 25 pairs of trainers a year - it may not be much to you as a business, but I'm guessing other people are being treated the same....

Staff working there need to be more respectful and less racist.

I love the size? chain of shops; I regularly buy trainers from them in store and online. Haven't had the best of experiences in this particular branch though. Last time I visited I was the only customer in the shop, got completely ignored by staff while they congregated in the middle of the shop for a chat. I had my son with me in his pram so I guess I may not of looked like I was going to buy something. Ended up ordering what I wanted online instead.

From the beginning, the plethora of staff seemed flummoxed by my desire to buy a pair of shoes in a size they did not have in-store. This shoe store were for some reason unable to help me order a pair of shoes? I was told to go home and buy it online. I did so, naively expecting to receive the pair of shoes for which I paid.In a baffling turn of events, my order was cancelled and I received no notification nor reason for the cancellation.I am, however, glad that in the end they will not be receiving my business at present nor in the future.

Had to go back in store for a partial refund after we were overcharged by £10. Rude staff member tried to make it out as if it was our fault and that we were being 'cheeky' for coming in and calling them out. They labelled it wrong and that is not out fault. Manager was really nice but didn't make up for the death stares we were getting from that rude individual access the shop. Edit: they told us the price was £50 on sale but they put it up to £60 because it sold well... Hmm

got that air max scorpion great trainers but had up don't do that shop online to pick up because you don't get it same day, had to wait 2 days to get the shoes.

Fantastic service by the manager at this store today really made my day . Highly recommended 5 stars

Very poor online customer service. 13 days after placing my order online I contacted them only to be told it was lost in transit on day 2 by the courier. No communication was sent to me and it took me ringing to find out. They could see this was the status within 5 seconds of looking at my order so clearly some form of notification was present.On agreeing for them to resend, I have not been provided with any updated order or tracking information.
