The staff are so helpful and friendly. I wanted a shoe size which they didn't have, so went to look again for another type. But one of the staff members came over and said she had looked online at the other shops and could get it delivered straight to my address. Above and beyond helpful so THANKYOU to Olivia Collins and also Joseph, who meets and greets the customers and can't do enough to help. It makes a lovely change to visit a shop where staff are helpful and know what they are doing big thumbs up guys.

Went in store Monday service was brilliant as always got my purchase but wanted another pair in another colour not in stock no problem staff member immediately sourced a pair at another store and had them delivered to my home subperb customer service all wayscavpleasure to shop here

Outstanding customer service from Johnny Asst Sales Manager, called after viewing a pair golf shoes on line and couldn't get them ordered online.Johnny answered the call toke my number and got the shoes from another branch in the South to Newry Branch. Then called me to let me know they had arrived. I been in sales for 35 years this top class service and sales standards. Great staff like this are so valuable to a company.

Have to say the service I received today from The manager Joe and his staff was first class. First I had a pair of faulty golf shoes the mechanism was stopping it working correctly. He was able to help me to get me another of the same pair and left me feeling that I will be back again not just for me but my other family membersMerry Xmas Joe

Superb customer service from Joseph and his staff. My wife is registered blind and we have to use a wheelchair when out. She was shown genuine kindness and assistance in choosing the boots. It meant I had to buy shoes for me as well!Many thanks guys, we will be back next year!
