GOOD GUYS. The batteries on my power scooter gave up the ghost and failed to hold a charge, a major problem. Contacted the shop on Saturday am and mechanic arrived at 18.30 hrs the same day. Fitted replacements at a very reasonable cost. My saviour!No hesitation in recommending these guys for fair, honest treatment. My thanks, I shall return.

We have used this Mobility Shop for several years always with good results, helpful advice and great service. Recently we had a problem with my husbands scooter, this was sorted out in record time with their usual help and we are extremely pleased with the result. I've recently purchased mobility scooter from here and give them a well deserved 5 Stars! I bought it off the website and called the shop to check on servicing etc, the gentleman was friendly, extremely helpful and very informative. Very smooth transaction and the delivery took just three days to arrive in the North West. The scooter is just perfect! When the time comes for a new one or other equipment I will certainly be going back to them and will be definitely recommending them to my friends and family. I have for several been repeat customer for purchasing and servicing my mobility scooter both new and refurbished. I have always felt that I was in a safe pair of hands and well advised on options. No hesitation in recommending and giving five stars.

My husband and I drove down to Wimborne to specifically look at powered wheelchairs in this shop. Initially we were looking to get a feel of the different types of powered chairs available and what would suit my husband's needs as he was changing from a scooter to a powered wheel chair.I cannot stress the helpfulness and attention to detail that we received by all the staff within the shop and workshop, we were so impressed and won over by the help and support and knowledge they were able to give us that we ended up purchasing a chair there and then. My husband needed certain adaptions made to the chair he chose and we also needed adaptions made to our hoist that was already installed in our car, so we returned a week later to pick up the chair and to have all alterations done to our car hoist. The staff , mechanics and manager were brilliant and so accommodating to our needs, I would recommend anyone needing help or advise with mobility needs to contact the shop. Absolutely Brilliant.

The team at the shop were very helpful, they came to my home with three wheelchairs I could try and also to see if suitable for my flat. I am very happy with my wheelchair and would recommend the shop.

Always such fantastic advice and great customer service. Have bought my motorised wheelchair and rollator from them, as well as leg pillows, walking sticks and other bits. I recommend them constantly!

The mobility shop were asked to investigate an intermittent fault on my wife’s powered wheelchair, they spent considerable time checking the condition of critical parts but were unable to identify a definite fault so returned the chair for my wife to use over Christmas and only charged for one hour labour which they were happy to defer until further investigation could be completed; this I consider to be first class customer service. Thank you.

Sent scooter in for a service and small repair. They collected my scooter early and returned it the next day as promised. It came back fully repaired and in a nice clean condition. I was very pleased and the scooter looked new and ran very smoothly. They also presented a sheet showing work done at a reasonable cost.

Very good experience with this company when buying a wheelchair. The person who took my order over the phone was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with my queries. I purchased on a Friday & received the chair - delivered to a care home the following Tuesday. The quality is excellent and the price was amazing ( on a sale ). I would recommend this company 100%
