I needed a new computer system as I run online exercise sessions for the over 40's. Caroline also serviced an elderly relatives computer for me too.Working with Caroline was great, within 24 hours I had options on how to resolve the situation and before I knew it everything was there for me to pick up and all done well below my budget. The serviced computer runs like new too.....Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Have recently bought a new laptop on Caroline's recommendation, and she transferred all my data from old one to new one and turned the old hard drive into a backup drive. Caroline (Puter Tutor) has just helped us amazingly! Our laptop failed and we thought we’d lost everything! Not only did she manage to recover everything, even though it had a fried motherboard, but she then recommended a storage device, so that we could save our photos, music and files without sending them to a cloud. She then came and put everything on to it and gave me a quick training session. We absolutely love it and Caroline was so helpful. We will be recommending her to everyone that we know!

Caroline has been maintaining our home computers for the past 2 years and we've been delighted with the service. Not only has she always managed to sort out the problem, but she is honest and trustworthy, something extremely important if you keep financial records etc. on your computer. She can dial in remotely to solve issues which has been a huge benefit as invariably we don't even have to move from our home to get things sorted. I am so pleased I discovered Caroline at Putertutor . I run a small business & I am always mega busy. I had been having some computer issues & I saw Caroline's advert in our local church magazine. I dropped her an email on Sunday evening & she came out to me the very next day & discovered I had some major issues. Straight away she backed up all of my files & discussed the options to resolve the issues with me. I decided to let Caroline fix one PC & purchase a new one. I was dreading the swap over, as I remembered my previous experiences which didn't go to plan & resulted in being without my computer for a day or two. However this was not the case with Caroline. She instilled me with confidence, she is very knowledgeable, honest & trustworthy & worth her weight in gold. She was fabulous & made the transition appear simple, no problems & no downtime with work. I am not great with computers, however she explains things in layman's terms.
