Belvoir Estate Agents Haydock

I recently purchased my first house using Belvoir estate agents. The whole team was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me. Even though my solicitors were not great, the team at Belvoir were constantly chasing them for me and getting the sale through. Their communication was great. Never ringing for more than 5 seconds before someone answered.

Lynn, Julie and Kath were great in helping to sell a property I had inherited. I won't lie, I found the experience extremely stressful, but due to personal reasons, this seemed exasperated ten fold, however, with each wobble - the girls in the office managed to ease my concerns. The property was sold in 5 months, during an awkward time for the market, and I think I recieved a fair price for the property.

We both would like to say a big thank you Lynn for selling our house then finding us our forever home 1st class service from start to finish would recommend them to anyone also Kath and Julie for all there help Faith and Graham .

I bought my house with Belvoir Haydock. My first house viewing was a completely unsuitable home and when I gave feedback to the Agent she asked me what exactly I was looking for, then said she knew of a property they had which matched my needs and took me straight to it. It was exactly what I was looking for and I couldn’t have been happier when the keys were handed over. Before putting my house on the market, I researched the most successful local Estate Agent and Belvoir came top.Valuation was done by Lyn, a local lady with tremendous experience and her valuation was greater than I expected, but absolutely spot on! Ongoing support was provided by Kath and Julie, who were very friendly and helpful at all times.I am delighted to say the house sold in six days for a very good price and everything went very smoothly. Overall, the service was outstanding.I recommend Belvoir very highly and would not hesitate to use them again.
