James had my finance explained and wrapped up in short time. I was able to take the car home on the day of purchase thanks to an efficient turnaround by him and Bilal.Very pleased.

I would give 1 star if I could.. the customer service in this place is SHOCKING, they have had my car for over 2 weeks and get told it will be done by a certain time and it’s not.. I am using a rental and costing me a lot of money.. you think the service would be better when your paying 3k for a clutch… no one can call you back and apparently on a Saturday they have one customer service person and no managers.. and must I mention unhelpful advisors and rude over the phone. Absolutely shocking I will never ever use this company again

Used the garage a couple of times for servicing and recent warranty check, although I have never purchased a car from here, that happens at the nearby competition in Guildford, as did the servicingin the past. These guys run rings around the front of house and service package overall of that dealership. Shame there are no loan cars available, but that's the only negative thing, so far to raise with the service department. Great experience each visit.

Took my vehicle for a service and basically walked out having purchased a new one. Excellent customer service from Connor Fox who was happy to research lots of options for me and then came up with a solution and a deal that made it a simple choice. Thanks for your help looking forward to picking up the new car in a week or so

I was absolutely delighted with the help Dhan provided with a new car purchase professionally taking the time to go through all the steps and clarifying any queries. Additionally, the handover of the M2 was brilliant as my son had no idea the car had been purchased and it was not a test drive. Highly recommend Dhan to help with any new car purchase.

My car was booked for a service, which was carried out as explained. I was also sent a helpful video of my car's inspection. Everyone I met at Berry Cobham greeted me with a smile. The customer service was excellent.The above was my review from December 2022. It is now December 2023 and I'm giving another five start rating. The receptionists are extremely pleasant and it was great to see James Lewis again. He was really helpful and gave me a quote and useful information about the service plan, which I purchased. The video as well as the health check report is an excellent idea. Once again, I (and my car) enjoyed the visit!

I’m leaving 2 stars because of my choice of vehicle. I would leave a one star. However I’m quite disappointed in Berry Cobham and the service provided to me throughout my purchase of an M2 Competition within the first 2 months of ownership. The bad experience all started off with the unanswered phone calls/emails. I’ve had to pay for my own tyres before purchasing the car out of my own expense as they were selling the car to me with almost illegal tyres. Had damage on rear bumper and that was re-sprayed a different colour. Stone chips were going to “be sorted/touched in before collection “ weren’t even touched still there. I’ve now taken my car Into another BMW berry site 600 miles after purchase in end of February and I’m being told front tyres are almost illegal on inside and are the same tyres the car came out of factory from. I’m disappointed as I would’ve thought this was going to be checked as part of the used car checks. I believe my car was not thoroughly checked and many of my requests were ignored and the protocols weren’t enforced properly within the car checks. Looks like a business trying to get their stock out and get the numbers on their charts without a care for customer support and satisfaction.Despite these issues, I would expect customer services to try and do their best in resolving these, however I found BMW customer services to be unsatisfactory in trying to resolve the problems the car came with.These are only some of the problems I’ve experienced, there are many more not mentioned.Overall, I would not recommend BMW Berry Cobham for a performance car. I wasn’t given an option to transfer the car to my preferred Berry Chiswick site as cobham was selfish with their stock.

Purchased a 3 series from Adam, Rob and James. All these guys were really helpful!- Adam especially was extremely knowledgeable and informative.- The communicativeness of all of the staff was friendly, comprehensive, and responsive.- The vehicle I purchased was in excellent condition.

The only positive was the BMW M4 itself which was in my dream spec, colour and milage! I’m very very happy with the car. The service and buying experience was dismal though.When first inquiring about the car I was told someone had already reserved it so would have to buy quickly.. despite there not even being pictures on the website listing. Pull the other one.. not even remotely believable and sets a bad tone when looking to spend circa £45,000.The test drive and how we were welcomed to the dealership was pretty good but the buying journey from there was not. After agreeing a price, extra services, and that Berry would fix an interior trim piece and supply a set of personalised number plates and touch up stick we agreed a collection date.The Friday afternoon before the Saturday collection date I sent the money in full, only to be told on the morning of collection their finance team had logged off early Friday so couldn’t confirm funds had arrived before the handover on the Saturday. As a result Berry had the car fully paid for an entire week (and I’d insured it) before I could eventually pick it up a week later.Collection day came and the trim hadn’t been fixed, neither were the plates done. Granted the plates were done on the day upon request.1 month on, and following awful communication the trim still isn’t fixed and I’ve had this done privately. The 3 hour round trip required to take it back to Cobham who at this stage I don’t trust, along with a busy work schedule just isn’t worth it. I am told the touch up stick will arrive in the post shortly..Wouldn’t spend money with these guys again, it’s just lucky for them they were one of the few in the UK who had exactly what I was after! Service plan etc I’ll take out with a more trusted BMW team.

We went to have a first look at a used car. We were shown around the immaculate vehicle by Adam Hayat, and my wife and I taken for a short test drive. We immediately decided that we liked the car enough to want to buy it - subject to price.The discussions and negotiation that followed were prolonged and progressively brought in more members of the Berry Cobham sales team. They were extremely courteous and professional throughout this period, always trying to find ways to close the business. They were successful, and we signed all the papers before we left.Our thanks to Adam and his colleagues - lots of businesses could learn some lessons on how to close a difficult sale. It was an exceptional performance.
