Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. The young man who helped me was really professional and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He was incredibly patient while I described what I was looking for (white pizza stone effect!) and made various relevant suggestions. I will be purchasing my tiles from Tile Mountain.

After recently experiencing weeks of confusion and two failed delivery attempts at Tile Giant (impressively sent the same wrong order, twice), I decided to drive down the road to Tile Mountain. The guys were absolutely fantastic. They didn’t push when my girlfriend and I were looking at tiles, and were there to help with any questions we had. Within half an hour we had sorted a new order with quick delivery too. Would wholeheartedly recommend to anybody.

A huge thank you to Group Logistics (customer service) at Tile Mountain mainly Joanna and Matt.I encountered a late problem with my order but did not find a friendly ear or receive a helpful solution when I phoned, but then remembered how this group had kept me up to date with my order throughout and were always professional and helpful.I emailed them directly, explained my situation and unhappiness with the reaction I received when I previously phoned and it was solved immediately so I was not out of pocket.Many thanks Joanna and Matt, you restored my faith in humanity, you are a credit to Tile Mountain, and I will not hesitate to use this company again.
