The Orchard Studio

This is a tidily presented 'bedsit' in Brighton, available via AirBnb - with free parking. You get a bed, seating area, bathroom area and kitchen area. It is located adjacent to the host's house.A thoughtful 'welcome hamper' greets you, upon entrance, containing a few items for the weary traveler; we enjoyed a cuppa after our long journey and after scrambling the eggs, we ate them with the croissants the following morning - fabulous!The AirBnB platform handles the reservation brilliantly and you are put in touch with your host once you've completed the booking process - easy peasey. I'm new to this but it really is easy to use.After arriving on a blustery, wet night (10pm) after a long drive down from London it was a lovely touch that our nearby host popped out and helped us access there property (I had no idea what a lock box was), especially as the weather was so inclement.WiFi is also available, and the download speed is good, I had to update the virus protection on my laptop and I didn't have to wait ages for the updated software to touchdown onto my machine.The accommodation was clean, tidy, functional, convenient and comfortable.It represents good value for money, in my opinion.Recommended!
