Poor serviceI purchased a charger which specifically needed to be 15v output. The charger was described as 15v on the website so I purchased it. When delivered, it turned out to be 12v.I contacted them to let them know the wrong item was sent only to be told there was a mistake in the product description. They said to open a returns case in my account and that Unfortunately customer has to bear the return postage."I am not willing to pay to return a product which I did not order

Unprofessional rude My computer come back in a worse state than it was when i took it to the shop And refuse to fix the damage!!!!they have no idea what they are doing and shouldn’t be running a shop !!!!disgusting customer service!!!!!!!!!!! Give this -5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!

I order a case last week and in my account its still processing i called them lot of time and a guy from there told me they already send my collet and gave me a traking no which i guess its not from my order because when i check that traking number its telling me its already delivered and when I'm trying to put my poscode to see more about my delivery its not working, its something wrong.. i didnt receive anithing even mail or message from evri telling me its delivered or something.And now they don't pick up the phone!I don't recommend to buy from them !!!Scam!!!

PC Direct to the rescue again. My computer died and I feared the worst. In less than 24 hours it was diagnosed and cured and some problems of ageing corrected. It now runs and looks as good as new,
