I've been going to SJ for some time. The service is excellent and Susie was able to keep me moving and playing sport in the run up to my hip replacement, and since. All the therapists are knowledgeable and the clinic is in a good location with free parking, which is a bonus!

I've been using SJ Sports Therapy for a while now. They're helping with general mobility in my knee and hip, following various injuries. The facilities are outstanding, always feeling very fresh and clean and the added bonus of having a dedicated gym where exercises and stretches can be demonstrated and practiced.I have been seeing Steve at SJ. I would highly recommend him. He takes time to listen and understand my situation and ailments and then he puts and action plan in place. Each session is a build from the last. I have spent 40 years using traditional physio's, ice packs and TENs machines keeping my body together while I kept as active as life would let me. When I retired I immediately started training to tick the half marathon off my bucket list and hit the left knee problem that's plagued me since the 90's. Stephen immediately diagnosed the cause, confirmed my knee was sound (unlike the last physio I saw !) and altered my stride length to take pressure off my hip and knee.I have now moved onto monthly maintenance session with SJ Sports Therapy and enjoy running and Wing Chun knowing I will enjoy myself as my body is being kept in top shape,

SJ Sports Therapy are amazing! Professional, kind, extremely knowledgeable and definitely worth going to see. Not only when you are injured but before you do damage. Get them to check your alignment and see where your body is hiding its tension and strain. It's a MUST do for overall wellbeing and health!

If there were more stars to give I would give them. Susie has the unenviable task of keeping my body in good order which she does with great skill and grace. I wouldn't do anywhere else.

Not impressed with them at all I had an interview with them over the phone and said they would let me know, they haven’t been in contact with me I find this very unprofessional and that they have wasted my valuable time!

Being on my feet all day teaching and a long history of injuries means I rarely train or get through a day without something niggling or causing discomfort. Susie has continued to relieve shoulder, back and leg tension over the past few months whilst I've been back in the class room and sports fields teaching. Thank you for always keeping me in one piece, even through a pandemic!

SJ Sports therepy are fantastic! Suzie is proffessional, knowledgeable and down to earth. She explains things well for the layman and really listens to what you have to say. the treatments have been really beneficial and the aftercare and advice is great. I would highly reccomend.
