Brought a Nissan wash wait in for a turbo seal doing, 1 week later I collected the car, half hour later engine blows up? Then Al Zaman said it’s not on him it’s on me? Won’t even refund me!

Had multiple issues with my car, brought it in and the guys went out of their way to get it all fixed on the same day. Outstanding customer service would definitely recommend if you need anything done!!!

VW Passat Estate Tdi: Trust my luck my turbo blew on the M11 and then damaged my engine. Al and the GCS crew helped source me an engine, drive their van to go collect it and change it all over, new clutch, cam belt and service back to life. Great service and showed me all aspects of what’s needed and what isn’t an issue. Took the car back a few days later for a simple washer but they checked it all over to see how it’s running. Done a couple of k miles since and running smooth as ever. Of course it wasn’t a cheap job considering all that was needed but wasn’t worth throwing away the car and they helped bring it back to the road. Top class

They replaced: timing chain, water pump, clutch and flywheel on my Mini Cooper deisel. All done at a very reasonable price compared to main dealer. 800+ miles on, all still good and engine running sweet as a nut, well done guys. I can highly recommend this garage.

Summary: Top tier service on my Mercedes C classThey booked my car in for a diagnostic within short notice and they promptly diagnosed the problem which was leading to an engine failure light. This was a major & complex job taking several days and 2 mechanics. They kept me up to date and on progress and looked after the car well during the 2 weeks it was with them. They went out there way to drop the car back at my place at very unsociable hours, to support me with my busy shift work. They threw in a major service at no additional cost. They offered a guarantee and plenty of reassurance that the underlying problem had been satisfactorily fixed. I cannot recommend this garage enough.

Upon dropping my car off the the owner Al Zaman for a service, the car was delayed by 2 extra days, with no courtesy vehicle at all.2 days later when I had picked up the vehicle I had scratches on the bonnet and cigarette butts inside the car!! Furious! Avoid at all cost
