Terrible experience. They lied multiple times, and when prompting them to correct their mistakes, they shouted aggressively at me. Their claim no fix

It's a SCAM. Stay away if you value your time and sanity. Bad quality and terrible costumer service. I came with a minor issue, and they made it worse.

iPad more broken than when I took it there. Refused to refund. Broke the home button and badly fitted the screen so it now locks at random when using. Wish I had spent the extra few quid to go somewhere proper!N.b. Home button was not broken when it went in, it works perfectly well for Touch ID. Not any more! iPad now difficult to use as touch screen quality so low. Staff would not give a refund. Really would recommend going somewhere else than these day light robbers!

Took my phone in they said theyll try fix it and call me. When they called me they said they couldn't do it and asked if i wanted them to send it to the lab to be fixed. I said yes. They said they'd call me when it was done. They never did. So I went in about 6 weeks later to see what was going on and they were just like. Who are you? Dont know what you're on about? Where's your receipt? I eventually got it back with threats, now something is rattling inside. Would I take it back? No, I'd rather have a broken phone than deal with those guys again. At best they have zero organisation at worst they are just plain crooks and are doing it deliberately. See all those phones in the shop window, their owners probably dont even know they are being sold....

Very incompetent people working here who couldn't manage a smile if their life depended on it. Can't fix an iphone screen after saying they could. Also keep changing the price. Dirty money grubbers.Don't call me brother, you ain't my brother.
