Caroline has been very helpful in making my move to Chester as smooth as possible, I didn't know anyone in the area and was moving to start a new job so finding a place to stay was one of my main concerns but Caroline was understanding and made it stress-free. You can tell there's a focus on renting to people in the same age bracket who are all nice and easy to get along with.Location is super convenient, close to the train station and a short walk into the city center.Very happy I found this and would highly recommend!

I have enjoyed my time in my house share. It’s been comfortable and the process was easy. The location is great with lots of things to do, great for shopping and has some nice nature spots. Over the period that I have stayed the bathrooms have been modernised which I thought was a nice touch from Caroline. My house mates have been friendly and I have had no problems. Would highly recommend if you are moving to the area.

Arriving in England for the first time to start a 3-month work placement, Caroline made my move to Chester very easy and stress-free. She arranged everything so that I arrived in the best possible conditions, in a very clean house just a short walk from the city centre. Sharing with people of the same age is a real advantage, as I don't know anyone here as I'm from France, so it was very easy for me to adapt and integrate with my new flatmates. So far everyone has been super welcoming. My house mates are easy to get on with and everyone is tidy and respectful, the room and house is clean and comfortable. Caroline has tended to any issues/queries quickly and invests back into the properties, making improvements etc.

When I met Caroline, I had searched most of the city for a decent place to live but was struggling to find one and was thinking about moving to another city when I suddenly saw an add for one of her rooms. The pictures looked great and fantastic, the room had a very nice and modern design. I decided to try to book a viewing for it. When I messsged Caroline, she got back to me within a couple of hours and arranged a viewing for me. When I came to the house, the room was exactly what the pictures showed. A lovely room in a lovely house with lovely housemates.I have lived in the house for a few months now and have enjoyed every single day.The house is well-equipped and quiet which is ideal for professionals.Caroline is also very responsive and helpful and is always there when you need her.

Caroline made the whole moving in experience super easy and straightforward. Along with this, a lot of effort went into making sure the tenants in their houses are both well chosen and well looked after.
