Avoid having your emergency prescription sent to this pharmacy. You will find yourself standing in the most ridiculously slow queue,Saturday morning 17 people in the queue and it's just not bloody moving, slower than a snail having a picnic.Seriously avoid if you have a short temper.

Says it's open from 0830 to 2000 hours. Went to pick up a prescription for medicine I desperately need only for them to be closed! Sorry but this is not good enough, playing devil's advocate with people's lives is not on. With Christmas being a week away, I guess this company also does not want people's custom either. I will never use this company again. Even their online service is pathetic. Time this shambles of a company is either closed down or bought over by someone who actually cares for people's welfare and wellbeing. Utter disgrace.

If I could give zero I would. I went in on the rare occasion that it’s open to buy something. I asked a member of staff if I could buy said item only to be told they were too busy doing prescriptions to serve me. I was waiting nearly 20 minutes, and they served 2 people needing prescriptions. If you are a busy business, at least let customers know rather than totally ignoring and then being rude.I won’t use again.

Was told they had both medications for my prescription. There was a disproportional wait. Got home only one part of my prescription had been dispensed the rest was on back order. Very annoying as I specifically asked before asking them to fill my prescription. Had they told me when I asked I would have gone somewhere else. As a minimum they should have told me when they gave me my order. Nothing was said!

From working at this store for 2 weeks as a pharmacist, I can tell all the staff try their hardest to serve all their patients with respect. Although sometimes there will be a queue, all the customers are often quickly served.

I don’t understand why Well now closes every single day, at 2:20pm.. it’s a massively early closing time, considering it used to be 8pm. They put a handwritten sign up every day, to say they’re closing at 2:20, but no explanation whatsoever. Not only that, but waiting in a queue for an hour, when I suffer badly with Fibromyalgia, is not helpful. I was in severe pain afterwards and could hardly sit down. No seats for the elderly/disabled to sit and wait either. It’s awful. The rare times I’ve been able to get a prescription, they’ve been great, but most of the time, I can’t wait in an hour queue, watching them serve nobody and I would usually collect my prescription on school run, but this isn’t possible at all, when they close 5 hours early.

If I had the opportunity to give 0 stars, I would. The chemist is awful, my relative has a monthly prescription and every single time they either have medication missing, they state it's been issued (which is not true) or they tell you to come back later and when you arrive, they still haven't made it up.As someone suffering with a heart condition, it's awful that they cause more upset and anxiety because it's an absolutely gamble on whether or not you will get medication that day. The worst incident was being without medication for 2 weeks as they don't know how to communicate properly.I had been hopeful, that after a major shake up they would have improved, but they are still seriously dropping a ball. It really is unacceptable that my relative now has to collect and check their medication in the actual store so they don't get accused of lying about not having their medication so frequently.Unfortunately, from what I have seen across the city, a lot of chemists are in a similar position.

This is the worst pharmacy in Plymouth. Always a queue. Whatever time of the day there is always a queue. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes if you are lucky. One person serving and many others hiding at the back and behind computer screens being 'busy'. Why does it take 25 minutes to give you your meds when you bring a prescription in?? And do not blame Covid. This pharmacy was useless even before the pandemic. And if you are unlucky to be served by Andy be assured you will spend ages explaining yourself and then not getting what you want anyway. This pharmacy needs sorting out. The pharmacisist in there do not instill any confidence in me either. They look very unprofessional and always look confused and unsure as what you are asking them.
