Very old machines and expensive £1 gives you 6 minutes of drying

Dirty laundry, demage my clothes, doesn't wash properly

We have used this service for a year now and never had any issues. The quality is exceptional and the best to fit in any requests or last minute changes you have. I would recommend this company to everyone!

None of the dryers work anymore..This place has gone downhill since Raj took over. Was much better when the fat guy was here.Won’t be coming here again.

It's a place where you have to go as we don't have any other around the area... could be better...

I paid £3 and the clothes did not dry. Absolutely appalling. Most laundrettes £3 would dry the clothes and you usually get 8-9 mins for £1. At this place you get £6mins per pound and there is no guarantee the machine works. We the hand written sigh saying to our 40p in to check the machines are working.On the machine that does work it seems to be a very fast minute. Number changes very 25-30 seconds. Support provided over the phone and was told “You need to put more money in.”I have used 8 different laundrettes regularly in Chingford, Edmonton, Ponders End, Whitechapel, Poplar, Edgware Road, Harrow Road and Pimlico; regular washing school clothes, football kits, duvets, bedsheets, towels etc. so I consider myself an expert.I can honestly say this is the worst place I have used to date. That is the first and last £7.40 I will spend here. Even the clock is not working

Avoid. This used to be the place to go and get washing and drying done however the machines don't work properly, the dryers aren't hot and when there is a problem there is no one that can help you. We had an issue with two of the larger £6 machines not taking the soap from the 2nd dispenser - called the number and the guy 'Raj' apparently sent a person down who has no clue about anything, kept repeating the same thing and then has the audacity to tell me that this is how the machines function! Really? In 2023 we're still using machines from the 80s. Need to speak to the owner? Good luck! Pity that he himself didn't come to resolve the problem which is just immature behaviour really. Requires proper investment, not one run by conmen. Place has gone downhill big time so stay away and go to Sk's instead, that is a 5 star establishment with functional machines. Safe to say I won't be returning to this place again.

It's ok , machines work fine. A bit run down something like from the 70s.

This is a great laundrette. It is kept very tidy and internal areas are well kept. You do need a good supply of loose change in coins to use the laundrette - mainly in £1, 50p and 20p coins.Their dryers are very efficient and costs £1 for 8 minutes of drying time. If you use a good spin cycle in your washing, then you can get a good stretch of time with your drying. I always start with £1, then I assess after the 8 minutes to remove the already dried up items before fanning out the remainder of the items so that they are not in clumps, and then I will add more money for the remainder of the items. It does work a treat for me and usually come away with only spending £2 for drying a whole two black bags full of washing.I use the laundrette now and again to get the bedding washed and dried in the colder seasons of autumn, winter and early spring.It is sometimes very difficult to find a parking space near the laundrette, as it's in a highly densely populated area, but with a little persistence you can strike lucky finding a free space to park.This is a highly recommend laundrette, for all your heavy laundry needs.

This is the worst launderette I have ever been to. It was disgusting! Machines are so out dated and half of them don't work! Dryer doesn't dry the clothes and wasted my money. It's so unclean with dirt all over the floor. Most likely never been moped. I would never ever go back there again. Either update to new machines and clean it or close this place down. Don't waste your time and money here.
