Amanda Redford Acupuncture -Natural Therapies -Fertility - Pregnancy

I booked a pregnancy massage at 37 weeks. I completed consultation forms with my personal info and transferred a deposit as requested by Amanda. I was disappointed and shocked to not receive any acknowledgment to confirm receipt of this payment or information. Therefore, I requested for my deposit to be refunded and appointment to be cancelled 48hrs prior to my scheduled appointment. Amanda quickly responded and advised this was non refundable, however this was not stipulated as the case in any previous correspondence with Amanda. After stating this, Amanda ignored my contact and has not refunded my deposit. I am very unhappy with the level of customer service during an already stressful time at this stage of my pregnancy and how this has been disregarded despite the values outlined on Amanda’s website.
