Houses are bad and we are still waiting 6 months almost that they will come to fix there mistakes even no answer from them

Bellway were brilliant in the initial stages. However as soon as you're out of the formal review period, their after care is absolutely appauling. We (like many others) have had issues with the fans in our bathrooms which has caused damp on the ceilings and leaks. We've reported this now over 5 times and a couple of times after continuous chasing they finally sent an engineer to look at it for us, the most recent engineer explained that the pipe used to fit the fan is not fit for purpose and would never have worked, and as this was a fault on their side, they would send someone to fix it immediately. Of course, since then Bellway have not even bothered to contact us and have palmed us off on multiple occasions when we have reached out to them. We will now be looking at taking legal action. My advice, be thorough with you inspection because the finish is low quality and cracks begin to show very quickly.

Lady was very pleasant when we went to view available houses for sale, and she ensured we all followed covid rules. The only reason we never purchased there in the end is because its location is far too close to the M40....The only thing separating the development was wooden fencing which is fine until it rots and falls down, then who will repair or replace it. Would have considered it more if a mound of earth had been there to deaden the sound which wouldn't be going anywhere in the years to come. Nice houses though in appearance, but obviously reading some of these other reviews it appears the quality and aftercare leaves a lot to be desired if other reviews are led to be believed.

Great place very helpful people

Extremely rude lady working in the office on the estate, she shouted at me so abruptly that we walked away and never looked back,completely put us off the entire estate. We just brought a house on a different new build estate with friendly staff and a much nicer atmosphere and feeling to it.I must say the lady was of a certain age, I would suggest she retires if she is that unhappy while at work.When people are at the point of buying a house they want to walk into a place and feel relaxed, welcome and happy that this could be their future location.

A huge development of over 500 houses of different sizes by a 5 * developer just near M40.

I've bought a Bellway home and I am extremely unhappy. There are so many issues with my house because Bellway have used cheap materials to build homes. I end up speaking with customer services every other month to let them know various faults. The boiler has become noisy after two years. The water tape is leaking 24/7 and the kitchen sink overflow cover has broken into pieces. I would not recommend anyone to buy a house from Bellway. I have also included some photographs.

The grass and plants look amazing, the gardener wasn't bad either!
