The bus driver didn't know how to navigate through the city, wasted time driving in circles instead of dropping us off at our destination, was late picking us up from our stop, while making us walk 15 blocks in the cold to find him parked ways away from our drop off location. Thus, making our rental time go over, and charging us for going over our time. We still had a good time, but the service was frustrating.
